About us
We're a student-run podcast from Dubai. We sit down with senior business leaders to talk about finance, business, wealth and management.
Why we started
We're students in Dubai, and we noticed a gap. School teaches us how markets and firms work in theory, but rarely from the people running them. Finance and business content online tends to be either textbook-dry or get-rich-quick noise.
So we started asking the people who actually make the decisions. CFOs, CEOs and COOs who have built, run and restructured real businesses, many of them here in the region. We ask what they'd tell their younger selves, how they think about money and risk, and what the job looks like day to day.
We made it for students like us. It turns out plenty of working professionals are listening too. We think that's because the questions are honest ones, and the answers aren't rehearsed.

The show started for students aged 15 to 18. Most of the people who watch it now are working professionals aged 25 to 54, in the UAE and India.
